आकाशवाणी

These Booking Terms govern all event bookings and performance engagements with आकाशवाणी / Akash Pratap Singh. By confirming a booking, the client ("you", "the organiser") agrees to the following terms, which form part of the engagement agreement.

1. Inquiry & Confirmation

A booking begins as an inquiry — through the website form, email or WhatsApp. An inquiry is not a confirmed booking. Confirmation occurs only when (a) the date, scope, duration and fee are agreed in writing, and (b) the booking advance is received. Dates are held provisionally and may be released if not confirmed within a reasonable period.

2. Scope of Performance

The agreed scope — performance duration, format, language, content type and any bespoke/custom material — is defined in the booking agreement. Standard formats include poetry/shayari sets, anchoring, keynote/motivational talks and combined packages. Any changes to the agreed scope should be requested in advance; significant changes may affect the fee.

3. Fees & Payment

The performance fee is agreed in writing at booking. A booking advance (typically 30–50%) confirms the date. The balance is due on or before the event date, as specified in the agreement. All amounts are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated. Travel, accommodation and production costs are handled per the agreement — either arranged by the organiser or billed at actuals.

4. Organiser Responsibilities

The organiser is responsible for: accurate event information, a suitable venue and audience environment, a working sound system and microphone (cordless preferred), basic stage lighting for larger venues, necessary permits and permissions, and a point of contact on the day. For outdoor or large events, a tech rider will be shared and should be followed.

5. Timing & Delays

The agreed performance window should be honoured. If an event runs significantly late due to the organiser's schedule, the performance duration may need to be adjusted accordingly. The artist will make reasonable efforts to accommodate minor delays.

6. Content & Conduct

All performance content remains the intellectual property of the artist. The organiser may record the performance for archival/promotional use as agreed in writing; commercial redistribution or sale of recordings requires prior written consent. We reserve the right to decline content requests that conflict with the artist's values or brand.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellation and rescheduling are governed by the Cancellation and Refund policies, which form part of these terms. Please review them carefully — they define the advance refund/credit rules based on notice period.

8. Artist Obligations

The artist commits to arriving on time (or at the agreed call time), being fully prepared, delivering the agreed scope professionally, and conducting himself respectfully. In the unlikely event of artist cancellation, the terms of the Cancellation Policy apply, including full refund or rescheduling.

9. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control — natural disasters, government restrictions, emergencies, severe weather or similar. In such cases the parties will cooperate to reschedule, or resolve payments equitably per the Cancellation Policy.

10. Confidentiality & Publicity

Unless otherwise agreed, the artist may reference the event in his portfolio and social channels. If the event is private or confidential, please specify this at booking. The organiser may use the artist's name and approved images to promote the event.

11. Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from a booking is limited to the fee paid. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. The organiser is responsible for event insurance, venue safety and audience management.

12. Additional Services

Services beyond the agreed scope — extended performance time, additional pieces, meet-and-greet, content creation, travel changes — may be available at additional cost and are subject to prior agreement. Any additions will be confirmed in writing before they are performed.

13. Agreement

These Booking Terms, together with the written booking confirmation, the Cancellation Policy and the Refund Policy, constitute the full agreement. Any variation must be agreed in writing. For questions, contact us via the Contact page quoting your booking reference.
